This year, Nosehill park has quickly become one of my favourite places to explore. I've done several photoshoots here at all different times of the day and it always provides a lovely, dramatic Albertan backdrop. I went for one sunrise run here a few weeks ago and it was basically my dream trail run. You rarely run in to anyone, only seeing the occasional person and their dog silhouetted against a distant hill (though you may actually run into some deer). And it feels like their are endless trails to explore
This morning started with a little headache and a lot of impatience. Sloane has these days where the fact she is a toddler is very apparent, so we almost didn't make it out of the house. But I'm glad we did. We both felt 100% better after giving ourselves the space to freely wander and experience.
